The good thingsGreat to get out on the floor, training sales techniques to newer employees. Our product is specific (ie-natural fibre) so alot of people already know all about it,but keen to know more.
The challengesManager gets the annual bonus for the hard yards the staff put in. Staff are eligible but targets are out of reach, so they often don't get one.
