The good thingsIf people are your passion, and you're happiest in fast paced environments, this is a great job although career wise there isn't much progression or development.
The challengesIt can be very stressful and the work environment does stem from your relationship with your colleagues. Pay isn't great and hours fluctuate seasonally.
