The good thingsIf you are passionate about flower and would like to learn to be creative about floristry, this is a good starting place.
The challengesThis pretty low hours if you work just one store. However you have to build up your hours by working multiple stores.

The good thingsI love the flexibility of the hours, there is no set time of day that you have to complete the hours.
The challengesDue to it being a large company there are not all that many hours available.
