Tasks and duties
- Managing and organising files, documents and important papers to enable easy accessibility.
- Handling communication within and outside the organisation through emails, calls and other mediums.
- Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures based on instructions received from management.
- Performing administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Preparing and editing documents like letters, reports, memos and emails.
- Running office errands and tasks as needed.
- Distributing information and routing correspondence to the appropriate recipient or department.
