Platform Managers oversee, maintain and enhance an organisation's digital platform. Their role includes ensuring smooth operations, finding and implementing solutions for better user experience and that the platform aligns with a company's goals. Platform Managers often work with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data analysts and market strategists, to optimise the platform functions effectively for the needs of users. Tasks and duties
- Overseeing the overall function of the platform for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Establishing technical requirements for the platform and coordinating with technical teams for implementation.
